Cancelation & Late Arrival Policies

To protect the quality of every guest’s experience and honor the time reserved just for you, The Heiwa Head Spa kindly asks that you review our policies below:

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
   
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
  These fees help cover the time set aside exclusively for you, which often cannot be filled at short notice.
